Administrative VM migration

[OpenNebulaSupport]

Description Sometimes VM migration can be incomplete. So the VM is migrated, but the OpenNebula information is not updated. The idea is to implement a tool that update the OpenNebula information and checks that the VM is really running in the destination host.

Use case Fix OpenNebula information when VM migration process is incomplemente.
