Add uninstall/purge playbook

The idea here is to be able to revert the cluster defined in inventory to the state from before installation, as much as it would be possible. I guess each critical role would implement a dedicated tasks file and deal with the cleanup in its local context. The use case for this is if somebody wants to deploy/re-deploy OpenNebula directly on localhost.
