Remove deprecated functionality

just a reminder to remove depreciated functionality at a time ...

  • OMCSessionZMQ.execute() (PR #257)
  • ModelicaSystemCmd - simflags (PR #279)
  • ModelicaSystem.set*() methods - change accepted argument type to only dict (=> see PR #347)

@adeas31 this would be something for milestone 5.0.0 - one main release after the warning was introduced (= 4.0.0)
