Open Live Writer does not load all posts that are saved in Draft

I'm having a problem in the Open Live Writer application does not read all the files saved in the draft, I enter the application, I press on saved texts in the draft and when I put it to see all it does not show everything that is in the windows 10 rescue folder of posts? I do not speak much English and I can not know how to proceed, I have already uninstalled, erased all the data and installed everything again, however, I can not. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!
