Help icon in app doesn't have correct link

I clicked on the help icon (the '?') in the Open Live Writer app and it took me to an error page.

I confirm that the problem still exists in 6.2.0, getting the OpenLiveWriter 404 page asking for a report of the failing URL. There is apparently a redirect that lands at http://openlivewriter.org/WriterRedirect/WriterHelpV3/%7B and the custom 404 page comes up instead. It's not obvious what the URL used on click of the "?" button is.
