Add fixture `stairville/wild-wash-648-led-rgb-dmx`

The manual is for "Wild Wash 132 LED RGB DMX, 132 LED White DMX, 648 LED RGB DMX", and these 3 have virtually identical DMX features (with only minor differences in RGB vs white models). This could be a great use for putting "physical" inside "modes", if anyone wants to extend this to all Wild Wash fixtures.

@kengruven So all of them would be merged to a single fixture named Wild Wash? How would search behave for this? How are plugins handling this?

I am a little concerned that merging different fixtures together isn't the intended use case for physical overrides, but I might be wrong.
