Feature request: add android version and install source to crash report

Description

I would like the android version and the install source to be added to the crash log. f-droid is probably doable by running a script before build or by looking at the time stamp

This is only needed for crashes or other issues you notice in your system logs from OpenLauncher.

OpenLauncher is not active developed. If you need something, you need to do it on your own or find somebody to do it for you. Merge requests welcome.
