Connecting with AWS S3 for document uploading

As of now, user uploads the document on the gdrive and gives the link in the form.

I have experience in connecting to AWS. Can you assign this to me? But for connection I need AWS secret key @Ananyaiitbhilai

I think we should close this issue, this is currently not in our budget nor agenda. @immortalcodes @tusharbansal22
