Moving and resizing the preview window

Following up on a suggestion by @awakenting in OpenKnowledgeMaps/project-website#12, it would be nice to be able to move and resize the PDF preview modal.

@RohitRamamoorthy Thanks for your offer to help, this is an excellent first issue to get started on the project. As far as I can see, it requires you to make changes to iframe modal, which is a Bootstrap modal and maybe also the accompanying stylesheet.
