OpenKh.Game Render issue with 3D objects with transparant texture

3D objects that have a transparent texture give rendering issues where they hide the objects that are near behind them. If the objects are far enough away they are rendered correctly. So this might be z-depth culling issue? This effect is best seen on flat plane 3D objects like flat trees or hollow bastion on the world map.
