Added support for ions in phaseSpaceSource and charge in phaseSpaceActor

I added support for ions in phase space source. If the phase space contains PDGcode, the particles and now also ions are identified and used. ions still don't work using the G4 name.

In the phase space actor I added Charge. So far the command enableCharge added the AtomicNumber. But this is not exactly the charge, for example for electrons the AtomicNumber is 0. I modified enableCharge to store the PDGchare as Charge in the phase space. I added enableAtomicNumber to store the Atomic Number in the phase space.
