Newly created workflow doesn't run

Lightning 2.7.0

When I create a new workflow and job and want to run it from the job editor, the page reloads but the job doesn't run. Workflows created before the new release don't seem to have an issue. @midigofrank it seems to me that this is related to #thunderbolt/213.
