Crash of OpenFLUID-Builder (or OpenFLUID-DevStudio, but not tested) when several version of OpenFLUID are installed on a windows system

Send at least an error message given the reason of the crash and ask to the user to uninstall the other OpenFLUID version

This is related to the OPENFLUID_INSTALL_PREFIX env. var. which is confusing when multiple installations are present on Windows systems (and maybe on macOS also). This should be fixed by automatically determining the installation path at startup, without using the OPENFLUID_INSTALL_PREFIX env. var.
