Wrong enabled/disabled status for icons giving wares build mode in Builder

In wares management in builder (model, monitoring), status icons for build mode of wares seems to not rflect the actual mode.

In the screenshot part below, the icons for the ghost wares should be both disabled, and the speed icon for the simulator should be disabled. builder_wares_screenshot
