OpenFLUID.writeDataset() - unwanted deletion of files

the command deletes all files from the IN repository except the recognized .fluidx files (domain, model, run, ...). It also deletes the additional files needed by some simulators.

Hi @CecileDages, I deduced that your ticket is related to ROpenFLUID. Can you confirm? Thanks! I temporary tag it as "ropenfluid" related, and as "unconfirmed" until we can reproduce it
