Simulink documentation is lacking

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is currently no up to date documentation on compiling and using the Simulink interface.

Describe the solution you'd like Added documentation on compiling the OpenFAST for the interface and compiling the SFunc itself for all platforms. Also, documentation on using the Simulink integration.
