Description of the issue

Currently, after a user uploads their metadata, the process of initiating a review requires manually notifying potential reviewers or waiting for someone to notice the uploaded data. However, visibility of the review request is limited, which can lead to delays in the review process and confusion among users, especially those unfamiliar with the system.

To simplify and speed up the process, a dedicated "Request Review" button should be added directly to the contributor's profile page in the "Tables" section. This will automate the review request and make it more visible to reviewers.

Ideas of solution

• Button Placement: Add a "Request Review" button to the "Tables" section of the member profile page.

• Automated Listing: Once the "Request Review" button is clicked, the corresponding table will automatically appear in the "Requested Reviews" section for all active users except the metadata owner. The status of the review can be tracked on the metadata page.

• User Notifications: Implement a notification system that will notify active users when a new review request has been received. This may include email or in-app notifications (in the future).
