Update home page layout

There are a few things that could make the page more readable:

  • Increase main title font-size
  • Increase body font-size (now it might be too small for some readers)
  • Increase DB, FS, Ontology and tutorials boxes as well as features sizes

It shouldn't take too much time to do it. Since it's the main door to the website, I think it's important to keep it visually understandable.

Optional: Make the home page responsive on mobile. The idea is not to make the whole website responsive, as it is not worth it, but at least the home page, since some users might land on that page while browsing on mobile devices. Do we have data about device use on OEP?

@bmlancien I think that would be a good idea. The area is currently generally not Prio1 but since the task fits very well to your skills I would be in favor of implementing your ideas. I just came across some old Issue with some more detailed ideas by you :) https://github.com/OpenEnergyPlatform/oeplatform/issues/603

I would also be in favor of at least making the landing page responsive. As far as I know we don't collect any data from the user. Bootstrap currently controls the responsive behavior of the oeplatform maybe general settings can be adjusted there? Or should we use certain cookies? This would have to be discussed in an OEP-DEV round.

@jh-RLI Oh, quite an old issue :) I guess it only works with cookies. But I don't think we would need to collect data only for knowing how many people are using mobile devices on the OEP landing page. It was just in case you had the data available. I think it's best practice doing responsive in any case.

@bmlancien Okay, then we'll slowly try to make all pages responsive but focus only on the homepage for now. :)
