Be able to hide any menu and sub menu

Use case

I want, if it's possible to hide any present in the platform.

Current Workaround

Actually, since a recent release, we are able in the setting menu to hide some menu (in fact, entity types).

Proposed Solution

For each menu present on the left panel, be able to hide them. Example: Be able to hide the "observations" submenu in the activity menu. Be able to hide the infrastructure tab in the activities/observation page...In short, be able to hide anything :)
