Fluidnc support

Currently this includes pausing the status loop while waiting for the config dump, and some fixed UI support for bitmasked $21 and $22. I have more work done, but it needs to get cleaned up and better implemented.

The bitmasked $21 and $22 help with both grblHAL and support for how I'm currently trying to parse the Fluid config, which is to mimic grblHAL.
