Description Listing title truncated by double quotes

Brief Description: Putting a double quotation mark (like this: ") in the title and then saving causes the title to be truncated at the quotation mark.

Operating System (OS and version): Mac OS X 10.13.6 OpenBazaar version (shown on About OpenBazaar page in menu): 2.3.0 Hardware: Macbook Pro (mid 2012)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Type a string into the title field on the Edit Listing page with a double quote (")
2. Save the listing
3. The title will be truncated at the first double quote

Observed Behavior: Title is truncated at first double quotation mark (")

Expected Behavior: Title is saved normally.
