Key REST API links in Wiki broken

I was trying to finally find a document that showed the actual API and found the links on the Wiki to be broken.

It is not really important though because this project and the banks and financial systems using it are technically obsoleted by cryptocurrency and smart contracts.

Why would I say something provocative like that? Because I was provoked. Because the difficulty and apparent impossibility of finding the actual REST API demonstrates either negligence or hostility towards developers or both.
