[Bug] Candle - When `--source Polygon`, time for intraday ticks is incorrect.

The time printed from intraday candles using Polygon as the --source is not translating correctly.

My TZ is set for EST, and this is a chart from today, 12:17 PM EST. The time displayed on the chart appears to be UTC.

load obe -i 1 --source polygon
