Tweaks to Parametric design

I have now been wearing the watch with my printed case for around three months. I had to make some slight tweaks to the parts, for example making the text in the watchface optional and adding proper support for a glass piece above the display.

The most important change is support for pre-bought 20mm straps. This is the configuration I have used the longest, because I was not happy with the printed straps.
