Support for Cboe OrderEntry Boe v2.11

The current version of the Cboe OrderEntry dissector is based on the Cboe BOE spec v2.10.11 from Dec 2019. Since then Cboe has upgraded to v2.11.42. The current dissector is not compatible with the new protocol:

Could you please generate a Wireshark dissector script for Cboe OrderEntry v2.11.42? This is applicable to Options and Equity exchanges (Bzx-Equities, Edgx-Equities, Bzx-Options, Edgx-Options, C1-Options). Thanks!

Note that the BOE Equities spec is at version 2.4.15 and is available here:
