Add configurable clock overlay for MainUI

#1135 Global configuration in tweaks:

  • On/off
  • 12/24h

Configurable per theme:

  • Font
  • Font size
  • Font color
  • Position X Y
  • whether to hide miyoo-topbar or not

TODO:

  • [ ] Theme overrides
  • [ ] Global config in tweaks
  • [ ] Add theme config to at least Silky
