Add a comment when updating the status

The status has to be changed separately from any public comment that describes the progress and why the status just changed. A lot of time the comment communication comes with a status change at the same time.

Create the option to add a public comment with the change in status.
Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
It is functional now by doing the two changes separately. It is just more time consuming and looks disjointed on the status page when the two are related.
