[question]: Notifications are getting after i restart the app

How can we help?

i am facing this weird issue where im not getting notification for the first time, OneSignal.Notifications.addForegroundWillDisplayListener is called but it doesnt go inside the functions if i move my app to foreground then it will show notifications in order to get the notification while my app is running i have to restart the app

any help will be great
