Thumbs row instead of single space bar

It will be nice to have a thumbs' row support a the bottom of the keyboard map in order to support real ten fingers typing.

Couldn’t agree more. I still have to figure out how to handle the incompatibility with standard ANSI/ISO keyboards though.
