feat: Add a generic QMK implementation for Arsenik / Selenium

Hi ! It took me a bit of time to finish this PR, but I feel I’ve let this drag on for too long, so it being “rough around the edges, but functional” should be good enough for now. We can always improve it later.

The documentation kinda sucks, and the config options for Selenium could probably be better implemented, but hey it’s a good start ^^
