Linter Issue Using Specific Packages

When using this package and linter 2.1.0 by steelbrain, I get the following error every time I open Atom (v1.15.0). I disabled all Community packages and narrowed the issue down to these two. All packages are updated to the latest version..

Disabling either package makes the message go away when I restart.

I filed an issue on the linter site, but they said to file one here.
