This updates installation instructions a bit to match the new roslyn version of omnisharp-emacs.

Also, could someone comment if index.md is still used? I could not find a way to get there with jekyll serve (nor on the main ste on http://www.omnisharp.net/)

This is the source of the page: https://github.com/OmniSharp/OmniSharp.github.io/blob/master/_layouts/default.html Listed includes are rendered. The 'index.md' is used by defult configuration - but is treated more as a guide, as the liquid code does not have this tag so no content is rendered when page is generated :) (fact of live, not my code):
