hi, I'm a newcomer. And thanks for your great work. How to segment only gray matter, white matter, and cerebrospinal fluid? or which of the 280 categories are gray matter, white matter, and cerebrospinal fluid?

Thank you again for your work and I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear SongWell,

Thank you for your interest in OpenMAP-T1.

Please refer to the Level_ROI_Name.csv file located in the "level" folder of either the v1.0.0 or v2.0.0 versions. Level 5 contains a set of Regions of Interest (ROIs) derived from OpenMAP. To obtain the gray matter ROI and its corresponding volume, you can combine the structures categorized as Cerebral Cortex, Cerebral Nuclei, Thalamus, Basal Forebrain, and Nucleus Accumbens, found in the "Type1_Level2" column. Similarly, for the white matter ROI and volume, you should combine the structures marked as White Matter. To obtain the CSF ROI and volume, simply combine the structures classified as "CSF" in the "Type1_Level1" column.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,

Kenichi Oishi
