Walking and Jumping Issue

The character wont stop hitching when gait switches rapidly (Spamming Shift, or turning), and secondly the jumps are immediately failing half the time. The clip does not have any code changed regarding ALS functions. Server works fine, problem only found on clients. https://gyazo.com/a9f4db469029a576df18b547eeb005de
