Time slots where user is scheduled, but unavailable do not show up in position schedule views

Ideally, you'd be able to go into the position schedule view, uncheck the employee for the chunk of time that they are no longer available for, and save changes. However, It looks like there's a bug which prevents seeing time slots in the position schedule view where a user is scheduled, but is unavailable
