Windows Users Cannot Reload or Copy/Paste GIST address into import window

Expected behavior:
When right clicking the already loaded snippet you can reload the script. This works on MAC but not in Windows.
Within the import Snippet Window you can paste in a snippet address. This works on MAC but not in Windows.
Actual behavior:
When right clicking the already loaded snippet no options are present for Windows users. Pasting into Snippet Window fails. Users can manually type in snippet address but pasting fails. This works as expected on MAC.
I am trying to share a gist with users in my org and for them, pasting the address does not work either. I hope this is the same issue and somebody is on it, because i'm at a loss to understand what else could be wrong. I am still able to paste my own gist address no problem.
