ScriptLab: Footer is not visible when more than one sidebar is opened.

Expected behavior:

Footer should be visible irrespective of the number of sidebars opened.

Actual behavior:

Footer is not visible when more than one sidebar is opened.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on "Code" in Script Lab addon Ribbon in Office 365 web. You can see the footer with "TypeScript" and "High Contrast" buttons.
2. Click on "Run" in Script Lab addon Ribbon. A new sidebar is opened but you will not see the footer. Resize the browser tab and you will see the footer now with 2 buttons (Open Console and another one)
3. Switch back to first sidebar (Code). Notice that the footer with "TypeScript" and "High Contrast" is not visible now. Resize the browser tab and it will be visible again. But, the footer in second sidebar would have gone now.
