Import is not available for PowerPoint Online when snippet is loaded

To repro:

1. Open or create a presentation in PowerPoint Online.
2. Open ScriptLab Code pane and open any sample.
3. Try to click the Import button to import a snippet. RESULT: Import button isn't shown and the window cannot be resized. EXPECTED: Import button should be available.
