Pop out of Code window for Excel Online or PPT Online doesn't maintain script

Bug Report

When editing in Code window as a taskpane and then click pop-out button to open as a separate window instead, the script doesn't transfer to the new window.

Environment

• Host: Excel, PowerPoint (maybe others)
• OS: (n/a)
• Browser: using Edge browser

Expected behavior

Code should be the same in the popped out window.

Actual behavior

It seems to not be able to get the current code correctly so it may not have snippet loaded or different snippet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open ScriptLab Code window in Excel Online.
2. Write some code.
3. Click the pop-out button.
