Playground becomes unreponsive when I hit Ctrl+C to copy text onto the clipboard

On a newly installed Windows 10 PC with Office dogfood. Not sure what is going on, but the code editor locks up / becomes unresponsive when I try to put something on the clipboard with Ctrl+C.

I’m in Excel.

@jakobpn, does it repro 100% of the time? If so, we need to have you show this to Heidi/Robert.

Yes, it does repro consistently. I think it is related to unwanted dismissal of the "OK to access clipboard" dialog from the browser.
