Working on Actionable Adaptive cards, but getting issue 'No card is enabled on this message.'

I trying to get adaptive card email but getting 2 issue in debug adaptive cards, 1 - Card Enabled - False - No card is enabled on this message. 2 - Processing - Error - Unknown originator, no config fetched.

Is it related to originator, i have also created provide in admin dashboard but status is not approved (when it will) but still showing these isssues.
