Two different npm packages reference the same src code

@octopusdeploy/octopackjs and @octopusdeploy/octojs both reference this same github repository.

One is a library and the other is a CLI tool, and they appear to have pretty different APIs. Could you advise where we should be looking for source code on these different packages?
