"...show all..." button to expand log output is not displayed if log has 120 or fewer lines

What happened?
With our intelligent log rendering, we always show the first 20 and last 50 lines. However, if you have over this 70, but 120 or fewer lines, the ...show all... option is not rendered in the task log page. Users who want to see these lines have to view the full raw task log to view these lines.
Reproduction
Ensure a full count of lines to be output in the log is between 70-120.
View the verbose log to see no ...show all... option to expand, which implies lines are cut out of the output.

Release Note: Fixed an issue where intelligent log rendering would not show "show all" when log line count is between 70 & 120 lines.
