License Usage on License Page Disappears for self-hosted after applying PTM license key

I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

On the license page, for Per-Target licenses we show the usage:

However, for PTM licenses that usage is removed:

That would be fine, but we are not showing the link to the new license usage page.

Reproduction

1. Download the latest version of 2024.2. (I used 2024.2.9248)
2. Apply a PTM license key.
3. Go to license page, cannot see usage. Cannot see the link to the new license usage page.

Error and Stacktrace

The API is returning the correct information (/api/licenses/licenses-current-status) this looks to be an error in the UI.

Users can navigate directly to the license usage page by going to https://TheirInstance/app#/Spaces-1/configuration/licenseUsage
