Build Information search broken when records exceed 50

I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

When build information records exceed 50 (enough to prompt the "Load More" button, the search feature doesn't work and returns no results for a valid search.

If the user clicks the "Load More" button until all the Build Information is shown on the page, the search feature begins to work again.

This isn't suitable for those who have maybe 1000+ records, having to click "Load More" 20 times before being able to search for a specific build information record.

Reproduction

Cloud Repro https://octopus-operations.octopus.app/app#/Spaces-755/library/buildinformation

To reproduce this, enter 50+ build information records into an octopus server, then attempt to search for one.

Then, click the "Load More" button until you cannot anymore, and try the search again - it is then successful.

Workaround

I'm not quite to the 1000s of records yet, but there are definitely a few hundred and obviously the list is growing every day.
