I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

A customer created a project using the Terraform provider. They were able to create a project with an invalid lifecycle Id

Reproduction

Use the API to create a project with an invalid lifecycleId

I checked the code and couldn't find any validation.

The NancyFX team is converting this endpoint soon. I've asked them to fix this.

Workaround

Delete the projects or update the projects via the API
