inconsistency regarding the language files

Hello, when installing the full SEBLOD package, there may be an error regarding the language files. The corresponding prefix en-GB or fr-FR of the language files is suppressed in the server directory. If additional plugins are installed via Joomla, the prefix is still present. This leads to an inconsistency in the system regarding the validity of language files. This very strange phenomenon occurs in my local development environment. I tested with the latest version 4.0.5. Who has similar experiences and problems with the language files? Thanks
