Style issues?

Joomla 4.2.4 SEBLOD 4.0.1 Default template: Cassiopeia
There seems to be several styling issues when using the form editor.
Conditional States: Text fields on the left of the When/Add are stacked.
Computational Rules : Format and Trigger event drop down have the down arrow carrot in the middle of the text. Also the Rule field is off of the page.
I set up a menu module on the home page with menu items to open the Article Manager.
When using the default article manager (site form) the Tab box does not wrap around the fields.
In the User profile, the tab box does not wrap around fields. Save and Cancel buttons are under the modules.
If I allow a user to create an account, I'm presented with the user form, the the submit/cancel buttons are under the home page modules.
In the Form Editor > Template the down carrots are in the middle of the dropdown:
