Architecture detection & presentation issues in 'Universal Apps' panel

In the Universal Apps/Other tab...

1️⃣ Some apps architecture is not detected, for example:

2️⃣ The display combines Intel 64-bit apps with undetectable architecture. (There should be a separate tab for Intel-native apps.)

---

3️⃣ Architecture is not detected for iOS apps (supported in Apparency, for example)
