Display current variable value on http://openrvdas/display/fields.html

The fields.html page shows a table of all variables the cached data server currently has data for. It would be helpful to have the page also display the most recent value for each of those variables (and for extra credit, display the time since it was last updated, either as an age, or a time since last update, or a color code)
